Shipping information
For all out of state customers, no tax is charged. We will ship your product within 2-3 days of your order if we have it in stock. If we do not have your item in stock we will order it from our vendor and ship it out to you. Depending on the vendor, shipping time can be 2-6 weeks. Normal shipping is UPS or U.S. postal service on all orders from the 48 continental states. For Military personnel, we do ship to APO addresses. Call for rates on air shipments, or rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations. Please call for any shipment not received within a reasonable amount of time and it will be tracked immediately.

Returns & exchanges
At Bedding, Etc., we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping costs and re-stocking fees. You must receive customer service autorization before returning the products otherwise we will not be able to process your return and issue a credit.
You always returning the merchandise by mail:
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Bedding, Etc. purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Because we are offering luxury, expensive merchandise we request that all returned items
will be in an unused condition. The original packaging and sales tags must be intact and
preserved.
All returned orders must be shipped during 30 days from the date the order was delivered
to your residence, but request for merchandise return must be initiated during 7 days from the day the FedEx delivery receipt was signed. We will not accept returns initiated at the later date.
You may cancel the order during 48 hours from the time you placed the order online or via
the phone and we accepted the order. Thereafter all custom made orders (Anali, Missoni, Sferra, Peacock Alley) will not be eligible for
the cancellation. The ready off shelf orders will be charged 5% cancellation fees. Please be aware that you cannot refuse to accept the delivery of the order as well.
It will be considered a return without authorization and we will not be able to issue
a refund.
Please be aware that merchandise offered at discounted price is not eligible for cancellations, returns or exchanges. The same rule applies to the products marked as a SPECIAL ORDER. In all other cases we will charge 10% restocking fee and a difference between full and promotional shipping charges for returned order.
To receive our special savings, customers will be charged in full less any deduction at the time of the ordering. If the item(s) is out of stock or backordered, we will first notify you by email before we process any part of your order to advise you of the anticipated delivery date of the backordered item(s).
We will charge $25 for UNWARRANTED chargebacks issued by your credit card bank based on mislead information you provided when requesting investigation by the bank.

By placing the order online or via the phone you agree to accept all the rules and
conditions of our cancellation and return policies, which are specified and described on
the current page.

Price adjustments
Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1.732.446.0123
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on Bedding, Etc., but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order cancellation
You may cancel any Bedding, Etc. order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

Merchandise & availability
Bedding, Etc. offers an edited selection of the merchandise available in its online stores. We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection-stay updated by registering and downloading our Shopping Bar software.
Your online account
Register with Bedding, Etc. for the most convenient shopping experience. Once you register, you will not have to reenter your credit card and shipping information, and you may also view your web order status. Register or sign in here.
Credit card use
Bedding, Etc. accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Easy-Pay
Easy-Pay makes shopping with us more convenient!
Easy-Pay is a payment option that allows you to pay for purchases over a period of several months. All products we offer are eligible for Easy-Pay.
When you choose Easy-Pay, your total bill is divided into the equal payment (up to 6 payments) and your credit card is charged each consecutive month, with no interest accruing from Bedding, Etc. The eligible amount will include merchandize cost, but exclude applicable shipping, handling and taxes, if any. Your first monthly payment will be posted to your credit card when the order is shipped. The following payments will be posted to your credit card monthly thereafter.
Please note that the Easy-Pay option is subject to credit approval and is not available on the Bedding, Etc. Credit Card.

Gift cards
At Bedding, Etc., you may:
- Pay with any Bedding, Etc gift certificate.
- Purchase Bedding, Etc. gift certificates, which may be used online.
Order status & history
ORDER UPDATES: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via e-mail or online chat, or by calling 1.732.446.0123. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Monogramming & personalization
You may order monogrammed linens and personalized stationery and other items online. When you select an item that may be monogrammed or personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item.
The monogramming process for linens takes one to two weeks; please consider this additional time requirement when placing your order. For other personalized items, please refer to the expected ship-date in your shopping cart.
Please order carefully, as monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.
