General: e-Techknowledge or Bedding, Etc. does not collect any information from you when you use our web site, or any of the services or other materials included or available through these Sites, including, but not limited to the ATMTagT and ATM Shopping BarT Software (collectively, our "Processing Software"). Only your customer ID and password are mandatory saved in our database in order to identify you as our customer. NEK Central Point may collect information from you when you do shopping or request support, whether via e-mail, telephone or automated help features within our Processing Software, including, but not limited to, the ATMTagT, ATM Shopping BarT, Software. NEK Central Point is the sole holder of all information it collects from you and may retain indefinitely any information collected or transferred to backup or archival storage.

Contact Information: Some areas of our web sites request or require contact information (such as your name and email address). During the registration process for Bedding, Etc. store, e-mail addresses, your name and phone number, we collect, is our contact information. This contact information may be used to get in touch with you when necessary with respect to transactions conducted through the Sites, changes in our policies, or otherwise. We will not share, sell or rent any contact information collected from you, except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. All contact information provided to the Sites will be maintained on Secure Servers. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13.

Your contact information, as well, will never be available via any publicly-accessible database or other reasonable means, to third parties, including, but not limited to, those parties considering or filling disputes over your ID Name(s) under our Dispute Resolution Policy and any organization or arbitrator involved in resolving that dispute. Please note that we may not be able to control who or how such members of the public may use the information they obtain from other sources.

Financial Information: To conduct transactions through the sites, we do collect billing and financial information. Such information may include, without limitation, credit cards and other financial instruments. We do obtain this financial information, however we never share, sell or rent your financial information with or to any third party. Only with your written consent we will share your financial information. All financial information that you provide is maintained on our Secure Servers and SSL pages.

Demographic Information: Demographic and profile data (such as your age, gender and income level) also is not collected at our Sites and through our Processing Software, including, but not limited to, our ATMTagT, ATM Shopping Bar, Software. The data may be provided by you as an answer to the surveys that we will conduct some times in the future. It may be shared with advertisers or other third parties on an aggregated basis, but only upon your written approval. We may also maintain a database of banner clicks and impressions and URL resolutions performed on the Sites and we use this information in aggregate form to track the success of our sites. No personally identifiable information will be linked to aggregated demographic information.
